We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 2 weeks after courier delivery confirmation of your order to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original order number.
To start a return, contact us at Returns@GUUDS.io. When your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
You can expect an update on the status of your return request within 3-4 business days of submitting the request.
Once we approve the return, you will have 5 business days to send the package back to us for store credit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and will not be returned. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Damages and issues
We suggest inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as refrigerated or frozen food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns for gift cards. Returns for sale items will be credited back at purchase price.
